1. Peel off the side of the plastic from the tape.
2. Place the tape on your skin.
3. Peel off the plastic from the other side.
4. Attach the clothes to the tape to fix the clothes position.
Caution: Do not pull off fabric after placing it on the adhesive otherwise the adhesive will be less sticky
